Shipping policy
All artwork will be insured for the value of the purchase price. If damages occur during shipment and artwork must be discarded, we will file a claim and customer will be reimbursed. If item can be replaced or repaired, we will ensure that we will carry out the necessary steps to render the situation.
All artwork must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery in order for a claim to be entertained. Images of damage can be sent to info@themillergallery.com. Please keep all packaging materials for the claims process. Call or text 843-764-9281 during our hours of operation for immediate assistance.
