Angela Chrusciaki Blehm is an American artist, with a BFA in Studio Arts from the University of Houston. She works from her home studio in Gainesville, Georgia.
Shifting from dreams to reality, experience to perception, Angela’s art explores traditional and stereotypical female roles through pattern manipulation and experimentation with scale. She chases color as an antidote to life in her pursuit of happiness. Sexuality, absurdity, playfulness, obligations, and nature all manifest on canvas or on her layered wood assemblages.Her art and designs have been featured in Domino, ELLE Decoration UK, HGTV Magazine, DIY Magazine, Clever by Architectural Digest, the Wall Street Journal, Apartment Therapy, House Beautiful, Cottages & Bungalows, Atlanta Magazine HOME, ELLE Decor Spain, Modern Luxury Interiors Atlanta, and A Beautiful Mess.
