Meet The Artists

Josh Brown

Josh Brown is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design.

Brown has had a lifetime interest in creating art, most notably through his depiction of animals. He swiftly captures the mood of his subjects and brings the personality of each creature to life in a very graphic way.  His bold minimalist style captures the energy and attitude of his subjects creating joy, magnetic characters, and curiously subtle movement. Brown does this deftly with sculptural brush strokes and refined palette knife.

The work of Josh Brown is designed to inspire us to live curiously in goodwill and humor, in art and life. Over the years Brown has also had the opportunity to care for his community through art, raising funds for numerous charity groups, battered women shelters, animal rights organizations, children's hospitals, and local food venues

Charlotte Filbert

Charlotte Filbert is an American painter known for her vibrant, large-scale abstract oil works and richly textured surfaces. With over 10,000 paintings sold worldwide, her expressive style has earned her a devoted collector base and international recognition. Charlotte’s signature use of thick oil paint gives her work a sculptural, mosaic-like quality. She draws creative energy from music (especially pre-1990), nature, travel, and pressing social issues like animal rights and climate change.

Emily Meisler

Emily Meisler is a sculpture artist working in metal, ceramics, and mixed media who creates work informed by naturally occurring patterns and shapes. She received a B.A. in Studio Art and a B.S. in Psychology from the College of Charleston and an M.F.A. with a concentration in sculpture from the San Francisco Art Institute. Her work has been in exhibitions nationally and she has work in private collections internationally. Currently, she lives in Birmingham, AL and is focusing on a series of sculptures that explore and abstract organic forms in nature.

⭐️ One of our favorite design tips comes from Jason Saft of @stagedtosellhome: Dynamic rooms need pieces that gesticulate - as if they’re about to roam free or break into song and dance. Art that feels like it’s in motion brings a space to life - adding energy, emotion and a sense of rhythm.
