Sarah Ferreira

Born in Washington, DC and raised in Maryland, Sarah has lived in Charleston, SC for over 15 years. She is self-taught creative who enjoys experimenting with new subjects, medium and materials and hopes to continue to evolve in her technique and style. As a mother, she claims to be most influenced by her children and their uninhibited point of view of everyday elements. Sarah hopes her art will inspire others to step outside of the labels and boxes generally accepted by our culture and discover the beauty in the messy and colorful complexity of life.
