Dos Miradas

The Miller Gallery is proud to announce "Dos Miradas," a two-person art exhibition showcasing the works of acclaimed artists Laura Dargan and Kate Hooray Osmond. The exhibition will open on February 20th and run until February 31st, offering visitors an evocative exploration of place and perspective. The exhibition presents paintings created during the artists' residency in Jilotepec, Mexico, where the vibrant surroundings and cultural richness catalyzed their distinctive artistic expressions. "Dos Miradas," meaning "Two Views" in Spanish, captures the complementary yet unique perspectives of the two artists as they translate their experiences in Mexico into vivid and thought-provoking works. The artists draw upon their immersion in the southern desert landscape and their experiences of ancient Toltec history and contemporary festival culture.
