Sunbeam | A Trio Show

We're celebrating the whimsical and garden-inspired works from Teresa Roche, Emily Furr and Liv Antonecchia. This vibrant collection draws inspiration from the changing season, capturing the essence of radiant sunshine and blossoming landscapes.

Meet Liv Antonecchia

Antonecchia's work has been collected by pottery lovers from around the globe. Her unique methods and beautiful designs are the result of 20+ years of experience throwing, forming, glazing and firing.

"If my forms come from real life objects I love to give them unexpected surfaces. If not referencing a popular object I like to combine organic and industrial forms so the piece cannot be labelled. I love creating surfaces that are not typical for clay and makes the viewer question the material." - Liv Antonecchia

Meet Emily Furr

Emily Furr is an oil painter from Charleston, South Carolina. She earned her Master of Fine Arts degree from University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a BFA from Winthrop University. Furr's work centers around feelings of sentimentality and an embracing of play. Her art reflects a vibrant, vivid palette that encourages curiosity and exploration. Emily’s oil paintings demonstrate a unique, sculptural approach to the medium, utilizing shaped substrates that are layered and combined to methodically express her own narratives.

Meet Teresa Roche

Teresa Roche is a self-taught, mixed media artist working in acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, oil pastels, and collage. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance from Columbia College, Columbia, SC. Roche works out of her gallery studio in Greenville, SC. Greatly inspired by memory and nostalgia, Roche retells her own stories through her artistic process. She often builds up layers of paint and then scratches and sands back into the surface, unearthing the past, which is then transformed into a new, abstracted story.
